This is a BDSM device used to torture the victim with hot liquids. It consists of a ladle attached to an iron cable, which pours the liquid over the victim when shaken.
The device in question is an instrument of BDSM torture widely used to bathe victims with hot substances such as melted wax, boiling oil, boiling water, tar or even acid.
