The short, strapless dress from Black Level is made entirely out of shiny black vinyl. The dress is in a tapered, figure-hugging design. It also has a flared skirt part. It has integrated shaping wires in the top part for a perfect strapless fit. There are belt loops around the waist and an included belt with a decorative buckle fastener. With a full-length, 2-way zip at the back
